Our technology teams power our Private Market as a Service (PMaaS) platform, a modular, digital-first infrastructure offering end-to-end services for private-market trading, dealing, exchange, issuance, custody, and fund management.

PMaaS is designed for global scalability, supporting clients ranging from boutique brokerages to major investment banks. It offers extensive white-label capabilities and can integrate with a wide range of third-party vendors, blockchains, and digital-asset standards. Security, privacy, and regulatory compliance are fundamental to our architecture.

As we enter the next phase of scale, we are seeking an ambitious, strategically minded Chief Technology/Product Officer to lead our Engineering, Product, QA, and Data teams, while serving as a key member of the senior management team. This role requires deep technical acumen, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to build a world-class technology organisation across multiple regions.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include

1. Technical Leadership
   Drive high-quality engineering decisions across architecture, platform standards, build-vs-buy choices, and technical debt management.Champion scalable, reliable engineering and data practices including observability, automation, testing, and documentation.
   
   
2. Platform, Architecture & Security
   Own the design, scalability, resilience, and cost-efficiency of our multi-tenant, API-first platform.Lead tokenisation and digital-asset architecture, including network selection, smart-contract design, custody models, and interoperability.Maintain controls aligned with TRM and ensure full compliance with MAS and Securities Commission Malaysia requirements.Oversee regulatory audits, penetration tests, security exercises, and continuous assurance activities.Represent Technology in security reviews, due-diligence processes, and onboarding for clients and partners.
   
   
3. Technology & Product Strategy
   Define and evolve the PMaaS and group technology roadmap aligned with regulatory, commercial, and operational priorities.Partner closely with the CEO and commercial leaders on PMaaS positioning, packaging, and pricing.
   
   
4. Delivery & Execution
   Strengthen ways of working across Product, Engineering, QA, and Data to accelerate delivery and enhance reliability.Own portfolio planning, capacity management, and prioritisation across regions, balancing strategic, regulatory, and client-driven demands.
   
   
5. Commercial & Industry Leadership
   Apply deep private-markets and investment-industry knowledge to shape product direction and client solutions.Represent Alta's technology vision to clients, investors, partners, and regulators.
   
   
6. People & Culture
   Lead and develop the heads of Product, Engineering, Data, and QA across multi-country teams.Own hiring, performance management, and succession planning to foster a high-ownership, high-collaboration culture.Make periodic visits to India and Indonesia to strengthen alignment, culture, and team development.Promote cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Commercial teams.
