Job Summary
Lead and manage TCM clinical operations to deliver effective patient care and ensure compliance with local regulations, while driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Apply clinical expertise to deliver safe and effective TCM treatments aligned with established practices and principles
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's TCM regulatory requirements to maintain licensure and operational standards
- Utilize operational tools and software to manage clinical schedules, monitor performance metrics, and generate reports for continuous improvement
- Lead and coordinate clinical teams to optimize patient care delivery and operational workflows
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency within the healthcare or wellness setting
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support organizational goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Master of Medicine (TCM) or Master of Science in Chinese Medicine (MSCMed) preferred
- Registered TCM Practitioner with Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (Singapore) with at least 5 years of clinical experience
- Familiarity with local regulations governing TCM practice in Singapore
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare or wellness industries
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to guide teams and projects
- Ability to think strategically and implement innovative ideas to improve clinical and operational outcomes
