FRACTIONAL CRO for Series B D2C/B2B2C
We're Representing: A Series B-funded marketplace platform in Southeast Asia targeting enterprises.
The Role: Design and execute the revenue playbook to triple the revenue in 18 months. You'll fix marketing spend, design sales expansion strategy, build the team, and architect unit economics.
You'll Own:
- Revenue strategy and unit economics modelling
- Marketing spend audit and channel optimisation (fix the 2% ROAS problem)
- Sales expansion playbook (who owns what, commission structure, quota)
- Hiring VP Sales and CMO (write JDs, interview, support placement)
- Customer expansion strategy (upsells, repeat purchase, AOV growth)
- Competitive positioning and messaging
- Board reporting and investor relations
What We Need:
- 10+ years building enterprise or marketplace revenue orgs
- Track record scaling companies from
- Deep expertise in unit economics, CAC/LTV modeling, and channel mix
- Comfort with marketplace dynamics (balancing buyer and seller economics)
- Proven ability to hire and coach VP Sales/CMO
Fractional Terms:
- SGD $17,000-$20,000/month (2-3 days/week)
- 6-9 month contract
