Aufgabengebiet

Lead enterprise HRTech consulting and services sales across the Singapore market, driving large transformation deals ranging from SGD 2M-10M+ TCV. The role requires a consultative leader who can originate opportunities, manage CXO relationships, structure complex deals involving licenses, implementation and AMS, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic business development and enterprise sales within the HR Tech services market
  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across CHRO, CIO, CFO and business leadership functions
  • Identify, shape and close complex transformation deals involving consulting, software licensing, implementation and managed services
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce and ServiceNow
  • Provide strategic advisory support to clients on HR transformation and digital workforce initiatives
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation and solutioning to commercial negotiations and closure
  • Partner closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to long-term business growth strategy and market expansion initiatives
  • Mentor and guide internal teams while helping build a high-performance consulting culture

Anforderungsprofil

A successful Chief Revenue Officer should have:

  • 10+ years of experience within the Singapore enterprise technology or consulting market
  • Proven success in selling and managing enterprise services deals valued between SGD 2M-10M+
  • Strong understanding of HR Tech services, HR transformation and enterprise SaaS ecosystems
  • Experience structuring integrated deals covering licenses, implementation and AMS/support services
  • Consulting-led mindset with the ability to engage clients strategically rather than transact tactically
  • Established CXO-level relationships and ability to generate pipeline through personal networks
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability in complex enterprise environments
  • Comfortable balancing business development responsibilities with operational and delivery oversight
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build a long-term leadership career
  • High intellectual capability, strong problem-solving skills and exceptional interpersonal empathy
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving and growth-oriented environments
