- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy across all business lines, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales, partnerships, and business development teams.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with institutional clients, brokers, and market makers to expand market reach.
- Drive market expansion into new geographies and customer segments using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue goals with product innovation and customer experience.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and implement processes for continuous improvement in revenue generation.
- Represent revenue strategy in executive leadership discussions and investor communications.
