We are an investment company, a subsidiary of a Korean MNC company, looking to hire one Chief Representative to oversee and manage the company's overall strategy.
The job requirements and related experience are as below
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university is required.
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in construction field, preferably with experience in building, civil engineering, power plants and real estate developments and/or investment business.
- Having at least 10 years of marketing experience in construction and/or investment business.
- Minimum 5 years Southeast Asia experience in managing overseas branch office with an extensive knowledge of respective local requirements and culture.
- Minimum 3 years of property development experience of Southeast Asia with asset management license.
- Proven track record in securing various sizable projects in the region, including building, civil engineering, power plants and real estate developments.
- Maintain good communication with HQ, clients, partners and counterparts in various countries especially in the region.
- In-depth understanding on business strategies and decisions for financial, operational, and sales for construction related businesses.
- Ensure good corporate governance and compliance with internal controls and group policies.
- Strong leadership, know how to grow and lead a branch office and coordinating ability for project sites.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill coupled with creativity, initiative negotiation, management and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee the planning and implementing of business plans for the penetration of new markets.
