The team you will be part of

Our Tech and Product Team is the engine behind our digital capabilitiesdesigning and building the platforms, tools, and systems that power our services across the eCommerce ecosystem. From automation to optimization to data integration, the team turns complex challenges into seamless solutions, enabling scale, speed, and smarter decision-making. With innovation at its core, this team drives the digital backbone of our business and empowers every function to perform at its best.

Our Product & Tech Vision

We are building an AIagentpowered enterprise platform that:

  • Runs omni-channel ecommerce endtoend
  • PIM, OMS, inventory, pricing, store & campaign management, chat
  • Orchestrates fullfunnel, content, creator & performance marketing
  • From strategy to campaign development to creative generation to AI video production to performance optimization.
  • A suite of solutions to manage and optimize content generation, livestreaming operations, creator management and performance marketing at scale
  • Is deeply data & analytics driven, delivering insights and outcomes
  • Unified data foundation, realtime insights, actionable intelligence for both Intrepid internal teams and external enterprise clients

The product will first power Intrepid's own operations (priority internal client), ensuring tight integration between tech and services. It will be architected and designed as a SaaS platform from day onemodular, APIfirst, AInativefocused not on selling seats but on delivering capabilities and measurable outcomes.

The part you will play

We are looking for a visionary, executionobsessed Chief Product Officer to define, build, and scale this product portfolio.

You will:

  • Own the endtoend product vision and strategy across ecommerce enablement, social/creator commerce, live streaming, and AIdriven solutions.
  • Turn our service + tech knowhow into a scalable AI enterprise platform used internally and by external clients.
  • Shape how brands, operators and creators work in the next decade of SEA ecommerce.

This is a highly strategic, handson role for a leader who is equally comfortable:

  • In front of clients and partners, framing the future with them
  • With a product & engineering team, iterating on roadmaps and architecture, from features to UX
  • In the numbers, owning product P&L, adoption, and impact

As a Chief Product Officer, you will

  • Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and own the product vision and strategy for Intrepid's AIenabled SaaS platform, aligned with company goals and the evolution of SEA ecommerce and social commerce.
  • Translate vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap across ecommerce, social/creator commerce, analytics, and AI capabilitiesfor both internal teams and external enterprise clients.
  • Identify and size new product opportunities across markets, verticals (e.g., brands, distributors, retailers, app publishers), and platforms (emerging marketplaces, AI interfaces, etc.).
  • Ensure the product is designed as a modular, scalable enterprise platformserving Intrepid as a core client and extensible to other enterprise customers.
  • Market, Customer & Ecosystem Insight
  • Stay on top of SEA and China ecommerce and social commerce trends and developments including live streaming commerce, creatorled models, and TikTokdriven innovationsand translate these into differentiated product capabilities.
  • Continuously track competitors, adjacent tools, and emerging AI technologies to inform strategy, positioning, and buildvspartner decisions.
  • Engage regularly with brands, operators and partners to deeply understand needs, pain points, workflows, and willingness to pay.
  • Leadership & CrossFunctional Collaboration
  • Build, lead, and mentor a highperforming product organization (PMs, product design/UX, product operations; potentially data PMs).
  • Work in lockstep with the CTO and Engineering to align product strategy with technical architecture, AI stack, data infrastructure, and longterm scalability.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and BD to ensure strong productmarket fit, successful launches, and effective enablement of internal and external users.
  • Create and champion product processes and rituals (discovery, validation, experimentation, roadmap governance, OKRs) that balance speed with quality.
  • Performance, Growth & Product P&L
  • Define and track clear success metrics for each product area and major release (e.g., GMV impact, cost per order, campaign ROAS uplift, productivity, automation rates).
  • Drive an outcomedriven culture: from hypothesis experiment measurement scale, ensuring timely delivery against milestones with visible business impact.
  • Own the commercial performance of the product portfolio: adoption (internal and external), retention, revenue, margin, and efficiency gains.
  • Work with Finance and Commercial teams to define pricing, packaging, and monetization models aligned with our capabilities / outcomes, not seats philosophy.

Who we are looking for - the ideal profile

Experience & Domain Expertise

  • 10+ years in product leadership roles, including leading PM teams and owning product strategy for SaaS or platform products.
  • Strong track record in ecommerce, marketplaces, adtech/martech, or social commerceideally with both platform and operator perspectives.
  • Proven experience building and scaling SaaS or platform products (in Southeast Asia), navigating multiple countries, languages, and platforms.
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Marketplace e-commerce operations and technology
  • Social commerce and creatorled sales models
  • Live streaming commerce infrastructure and operations
  • Creator / affiliate / influencer ecosystems and tools
  • Familiarity with China's social commerce evolution (e.g., Taobao Live, Douyin, Kuaishou) and technology and tools relevant for TikTok Shop and SEA social commerce considered a plus.

AI & Data

  • Handson experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI into product strategy and shipping AIpowered features (e.g., recommendations, automation, content generation, optimization). Passionate about the potential of (Agentic) AI.
  • Comfortable working with data and analytics: defining requirements, using data for decisionmaking, and collaborating with data teams.

Leadership & Ways of Working

  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale multidisciplinary product teams, foster a positive, highownership culture, and develop PM talent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); able to craft compelling narratives, product strategies, and clientfacing proposals. Vietnamese and Mandarin are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; comfortable structuring complex problems in models, frameworks, and processes.
  • Thrives in fastpaced, entrepreneurial environments; able to balance strategic thinking with handson execution.
  • Collaborative, culturally sensitive, and lowego; able to work across countries and functions while keeping things fun and resultsoriented.
