We're Representing: A Series A-funded telemedicine platform
The Role: Build the operational backbone for a 3-country healthcare company. You'll design org structure, implement manager training, fix sales-CS handoff, unify payroll/HRIS, and set up the company to scale to 500+ people.
You'll Own:
- Organisational design for 3-market operations (Malaysia HQ, SG/ID satellites)
- Manager training and accountability (60% of problems are bad management)
- Sales-CS alignment (define roles, metrics, handoff process)
- Payroll and HRIS consolidation across 3 countries with different employment laws
- Retention strategy and career pathing
- Succession planning for founder
- Performance metrics dashboard and weekly ops reviews
What We Need:
- 12+ years at high-growth companies scaling through inflection points
- Track record building operations in Southeast Asia (multi-country experience)
- Deep expertise in healthcare operations (compliance, data residency)
- Proven ability to fix manager quality and culture
- Experience implementing HRIS/payroll systems across jurisdictions
Fractional Terms:
- SGD $15,000-$21,000/month (2-3 days/week)
- 9-12 month contract (renewable)
