- Oversee core operational functions including admissions, student services, corporate services, compliance, and internal systems
- Establish, standardise, and continuously improve operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support operational improvements across education programmes and services
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality assurance frameworks
- Oversee risk management, internal controls, and governance processes
- Support management reporting and policy implementation
People & Culture Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team
- Foster a professional, accountable, and performance-driven culture
- Support workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning
Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage relationships with institutional partners and key external stakeholders
- Represent the organisation in senior-level discussions and partnerships
- Strengthen organisational reputation and service delivery standards
Cross-Border & Multi-Entity Operations
- Support operations across multiple business units and geographies
- Ensure alignment, communication, and governance across teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Management, Education, or related fields)
- Experience within education, international education services, or related professional services
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-function operations
- Strong capability in building systems, improving processes, and scaling organisations
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership approach
