Chief Operating Officer / Operations Director / Head of Operations

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Chief Operating Officer / Operations Director / Head of Operations at NEOS - Bureau dÉtudes - Développeur Photovoltaïque. Based in Singapore River, the role offers flexibility with the option to work partially from home. The responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, implementing business strategies, developing operational policies, and ensuring efficient coordination across departments. The role also involves monitoring financial performance, preparing budgets, improving operational effectiveness, and supporting the growth of the organization in the photovoltaic development sector.

• Business Planning and Operations Management skills to develop and execute strategic plans, oversee operations, and ensure seamless business functioning.
• Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and process improvement initiatives.
• Finance and Budgeting expertise to manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and uphold financial accountability.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Relevant experience in the renewable energy or photovoltaic industry is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in project management and a track record of successfully implementing efficiency-focused initiatives.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
