Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies designed to drive growth, profitability and efficiencies within the company.
  • Oversee the company's day-to-day operational functions. Drive the company's performance by implementing and managing operational plans. Monitor and analyze operational performance against strategic targets.
  • Spearhead the implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans.
  • Work with key stake holders on ensuring that Business KPIs, SLAs etc are in place and understood by the Management team. To escalate issues/choke points and drive them to resolution.
  • Act as a key liaison between the company and external stakeholders, representing Navigator in important negotiations and meetings. Represent the company in industry events and forums.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and customers.
  • Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines. Cultivate a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to client engagement and enablement.

Requirements

Technical:

  • Project leadership in management of large-scale & cross-disciplinary projects
  • In-depth experience in operational strategy, process re-engineering, capacity planning, and error minimization.
  • Extensive leadership and management experience with a focus on operational excellence and strategic planning.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive change, and align operations with business goals.
  • Program management of than $40M

Non-Technical:

  • 10+ years of strong operational, delivery skills
  • Ability to interact with senior management and influence them
  • Team Player, strong stakeholder collaboration across the organization
  • Excellent analytic skills - accompanied by the drive to deliver better results.
  • Understanding of financial services applications in a cross-functional & diverse cultural environment
  • Appreciation of customer needs and the ability to communicate these to stakeholders, frontline staff
  • Strong on presentation, communication skills

Education:

  • Academic: Bachelor's/Master's degree
