Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Singapore for a Chief Operating Officer / Head of Department / Team Leader in Management. A portion of work can be completed remotely. The role involves strategic oversight of business operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include business planning, managing daily operations, resource allocation, financial oversight including budgeting, and driving team performance. The leader will also contribute to shaping strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to define and execute organizational strategies efficiently.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting to manage resources, monitor financial performance, and ensure the viability of operational plans.
- Proven leadership and team management experience to inspire and guide diverse teams toward achieving common goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability to a hybrid working environment, combining in-office work with remote collaboration.
- Prior experience in telecommunications or digital transformation sectors is considered an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
