Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & International Expansion
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute corporate strategy and annual business plans.
- Lead international expansion into new markets, including market entry planning, team setup, and business development.
- Build scalable operating models that can support growth across multiple geographies.
2. Operations & Team Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and delivery excellence.
- Manage and coach consultants to achieve high performance.
3. Finance & Compliance
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., Singapore GST/CPF, labor laws).
4. Client & Business Development
- Strengthen existing client relationships and support new client acquisition.
- Partner with the CEO in high-level client negotiations and strategic account management.
5. Digital Transformation & Innovation
- Lead digital initiatives, including AI automation and workflow optimization, to enhance efficiency.
- Introduce best practices from the executive search industry to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, consulting, or professional services, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Strong understanding of the executive search industry, especially in Technology, Finance, or cross-border recruitment.
- Proven experience in international expansion, market entry, and managing cross-border operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills results-driven and execution-oriented.
