We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our operational practices and lead our team towards excellence in our training institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large teams and driving significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
- Oversee course development, training delivery, quality assurance, trainer management, and accreditation processes.
- Develop and implement operational excellence frameworks, including Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Management methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency among employees.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that promote growth and operational efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in private training institutions, academies, or educational organizations.
- Proven track record in managing operations at scale, with experience leading teams of 50+ employees or achieving $10 million+ in revenue.
- Extensive knowledge of operational processes across multiple departments, including course development, quality assurance, and trainer management.
- Strong understanding of operational excellence frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Management, Process Excellence).
