COO Role 1: Strategic

- Raise Equity & Debt

- Setup Strategic & Administrative Function

- Roadmap 15 Years (R&D: 2015 to 2020, 2021 to 2023: Commercialisation, 2023 -2030: Growth)

- Key Businesses: Media, Information, Services, Technology

COO Role 2: Operations

To build, manage & hire for the following key business units (depending on your background):

- Media, Events

- Subscription, Membership

- Information & Research

- Digital, Internet Platforms

- Technology (2023)

Requirements (Strategic COO)

- Successful experience in fund-raising

- Setting up of company structure & strategic relationships

- Part-time / Full-Time / Performance-based

Requirements (Operations COO)

- Experience in building & operating media, events &/or digital platforms.

- Have the network to hire for at least 1 business unit (mentioned above)

- Have freelance / contract / outsource network
