Managing Director
The Managing Director will lead Beyondsoft's Southeast Asia business operations and strategic growth initiatives across key markets and industry sectors.
This role is responsible for driving business growth, operational performance, regional market expansion, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership while ensuring alignment with group objectives and long-term business strategy.
The Managing Director will work closely with executive leadership, regional stakeholders, and business teams to strengthen Beyondsoft's market positioning, expand strategic opportunities, and enhance organizational capability across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Define and execute regional business strategies aligned with Beyondsoft's global growth objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, industry expansion areas, and strategic growth initiatives across Southeast Asia.
- Drive long-term business development strategies across enterprise technology, digital transformation, AI, cloud, and consulting services.
Evaluate emerging market trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, and partnership opportunities.
Support strategic investment planning, market entry initiatives, and business expansion activities.
Operational & Financial Management
- Oversee regional business operations, financial performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across regional business units.
- Manage P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation activities.
- Support capital planning and strategic investment decisions to support business priorities.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and operational risk management practices are effectively maintained.
Leadership & Organizational Development
- Build and lead high-performing regional leadership and operational teams.
- Strengthen organizational capability, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and growth-oriented culture aligned with Beyondsoft values.
- Support cross-border collaboration between Southeast Asia operations and global business teams.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, strategic partners, industry stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent Beyondsoft in executive engagements, industry discussions, and strategic business forums.
- Support key account growth and long-term customer partnership development.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, delivery, operations, HR, finance, and technology teams.
Transformation & Innovation
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry developments, and evolving market conditions.
- Drive strategic transformation initiatives to improve organizational scalability and regional execution capability.
- Support innovation-driven business initiatives across AI, digital transformation, and enterprise technology services.
- Lead organizational change initiatives to support evolving business priorities and market demands.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of executive leadership or senior management experience within IT services, consulting, technology, or related industries.
- Proven experience managing regional business operations, strategic growth initiatives, and organizational leadership functions.
- Strong understanding of IT consulting, digital transformation, enterprise technology services, cloud, AI, or related technology domains.
- Experience managing P&L, budgeting, financial planning, and operational performance.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with executive stakeholders, clients, partners, and leadership teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience operating in multi-country or regional business environments is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategic Management, Technology, or related disciplines.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
