Job Description

  • Oversee daily business operations and administration
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operational policies,procedures, and internal controls.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies leadprocess-improvement initiatives to drive productivity.
  • Establish and track operational KPIs and dashboards to monitorperformance
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation andperformance review.
  • Ensure adequate staffing, resource allocation, and capacity planning tosupport business growth.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing accounts and administrationteam.
  • Evaluate and implement operational systems and technology (e.g, CRM) toimprove efficiency.
  • Direct the finance and accounting function, including bookkeeping,AP/AR, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor cash flow, and ensurefinancial performance meets targets.
  • Ensure compliance with tax filings, financial regulations, andaccounting standards coordinate with external accountants/auditors.
  • Provide the CEO with financial reporting, KPIs, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
