Chief of Staff Global Partnership

Our client, a leading international partnership is looking for a Chief of Staff to join this high performing market leading organization. Reporting into the Regional Partner based in another market as well as the Country Partner locally, this individual will be responsible for working directly with the Singapore based Partners as well as the broader APAC and global leadership team to ensure the efficient operations of the Singapore office in this highly visible role.

This individual leads the overall Singapore office strategy, day-to-day efficiencies and operations, overseeing all of the core corporate functions, with a focus on process improvement and providing a best in class service. More specifically, working with the Partners you will monitor office performance, commercial priorities, service delivery, ops, resourcing, risk and compliance and profitability. You will plan and facilitate international leadership meetings and / or committees. You will lead key projects such as re-structuring for the Singapore office and in some instances the region driving organizational effectiveness, change and retention.

You will be an accomplished Chief of Staff, CO, HR CAO or General Manager with a track record operating in large international corporate professional services and/or Partnership organisations based in Singapore. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential. You will have some experience managing sizeable teams and be comfortable working directly with Partners and Business Services Heads across the global group. This individual must be highly personable, articulate, be able to navigate the global partnership driving high efficiency across the firm.
