Plan, conceptualize, and execute daily short-form video content strategies

Handle end-to-end video production, including filming, lighting, audio setup, and editing

Manage and operate official social media accounts on:

  • TikTok

  • Douyin ()

  • Kuaishou ()

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

Edit and optimize videos for different platform formats and algorithms

Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions

Schedule and publish content consistently according to content calendar

Monitor performance metrics and analytics to improve reach and engagement

Stay updated with latest social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and viral content formats

Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align content with branding and campaign goals

Develop creative concepts to grow followers and increase audience interaction

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management and short-form video production

Strong video shooting and editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools)

Deep understanding of TikTok, Douyin, Kuaishou, Instagram, and Facebook algorithms

Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability

Ability to work independently and manage multiple content deadlines

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable appearing on camera (preferred but not mandatory)

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is an advantage

Bilingual ability (English & Mandarin) is preferred due to regional content needs
