Job Summary
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer (CMSO) to lead the company's global marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth initiatives. The CMSO will collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define market expansion strategies, drive digital transformation initiatives, and build a strong global brand presence.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute global marketing and brand strategies that align with corporate growth objectives and revenue targets
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and growth strategies across diverse regions and industries
- Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations to support executive decision-making and business expansion
Marketing & Brand Development
- Lead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, media, and strategic channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Oversee corporate communications, public relations, and digital marketing initiatives to strengthen brand identity and market positioning
- Establish and nurture partnerships with media outlets, technology platforms, and industry stakeholders to amplify marketing reach
Business Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth
- Support product commercialization and develop go-to-market strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and market penetration
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing and business development strategies
Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance marketing and strategy team to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Foster a data-driven culture within the marketing function to optimize campaign effectiveness and resource allocation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals
