Job Description

A fast-growing Asia Pacific real estate and F&B technology platform is seeking a visionary and commercially driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead regional brand strategy, customer growth, platform adoption, and market expansion initiatives.

Operating at the intersection of real estate, hospitality, F&B ecosystems, and technology innovation, the company is building a highly scalable regional platform with ambitions for accelerated growth, strategic partnerships, fundraising activities, and category leadership across APAC.

The Chief Marketing Officer will join the executive leadership team and be responsible for defining and executing an integrated marketing vision spanning brand development, digital growth, customer acquisition, performance marketing, communications, ecosystem partnerships, and market expansion.

The ideal candidate combines deep brand and growth expertise with experience operating in technology-enabled, consumer-facing and multi-market environments.

Position Summary

The Chief Marketing Officer will lead all regional marketing functions across Asia Pacific and oversee brand positioning, demand generation, customer acquisition, strategic communications, loyalty ecosystems, digital performance, partnerships, and marketing technology.

The CMO will play a critical role in strengthening market presence, accelerating revenue growth, driving user engagement, and building a world-class regional marketing organization.

This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and partners closely with the Board, investors, business unit leaders, product teams, operations, and strategic stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership and Corporate Strategy

  • Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team.
  • Advise CEO and Board on growth, brand and market expansion strategy.
  • Shape corporate positioning and category leadership initiatives.
  • Translate business strategy into scalable regional marketing plans.
  • Drive customer-centric decision making throughout the organization.
  • Lead enterprise growth initiatives and strategic campaigns.
  • Support fundraising narratives and investor-facing positioning.

Regional Brand Strategy and Positioning

Lead and own all aspects of regional brand development:

  • Build and evolve master brand architecture.
  • Develop differentiated market positioning.
  • Strengthen brand equity across APAC markets.
  • Drive brand consistency across all channels.
  • Establish thought leadership and market authority.
  • Lead corporate storytelling and brand narratives.
  • Manage brand governance and standards.

Candidate Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualifications preferred.

Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
  • Significant executive-level experience leading regional marketing organizations.
  • Strong APAC leadership experience.
  • Experience in technology-enabled, digital-first businesses.
  • Experience in hospitality, F&B, consumer platforms, marketplaces, real estate or adjacent industries preferred.
  • Proven experience managing high-growth and scaling businesses.
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition and performance marketing.
  • Experience supporting fundraising, investor communications or growth-stage companies preferred.
