What you'll do:
As Chief Marketing Officer based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's global reputation as a trusted market authority. - Design and govern marketing systems that activate growth across acquisition, engagement, monetisation, and enlistment while ensuring global consistency and friction-free stakeholder experiences.
- Develop and oversee multi-year marketing strategies that build sustainable brand equity and anticipate shifts in markets, customer behaviour, and technology.
- Architect and manage global demand generation strategies aligned with sales and buyer system needs through robust frameworks and full-funnel visibility.
- Create strategies to expand participation, deepen trust, and grow influence by delivering transparent information and educational initiatives for diverse market segments.
- Ensure commercial marketing data architecture supports predictive modelling capabilities for strategic forecasting 2-5 years ahead.
- Sponsor transformation programmes related to marketing initiatives by providing leadership support for effective implementation and benefits realisation.
- Build and sustain a high-performing team through clear accountabilities, coaching, talent management, and continuous capability development.
- Contribute actively to enterprise-level strategy as a collaborative member of the Global Leadership Team by participating in strategic decision-making beyond functional interests.
