Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor the security team, promoting awareness and resilience against threats.
• Conduct risk assessments, manage incidents, and ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards.
• Establish and update security policies, collaborating across departments to integrate safeguards.
• Monitor emerging threats, advise stakeholders, and continuously improve security practices.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP) preferred.
• 8+ years of senior IT security experience in infrastructure, compliance, or assurance roles.
• Expertise in cybersecurity architecture, governance, and systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical skills, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
