Job Description

Frazer Jones is delighted to be retained on a confidential search for a Chief Human Resources Officer with a PE-backed organisation undergoing a significant phase of transformation and growth. With a global footprint and a workforce of more than 3,500 employees, the company is navigating three major acquisitions and integration projects, creating a unique opportunity to shape the people agenda during a period of strategic change.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CHRO will be a key member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the organisation's priorities. The remit will encompass all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and management, organisational development, succession planning, HR operations and compliance, total rewards, performance management, leadership development and employee engagement. A critical focus will be optimising HR systems and processes, including leveraging the existing HRIS platform to drive efficiency and scalability. The CHRO will also play a central role in shaping and embedding the organisational culture, fostering collaboration, accountability and high performance across a largely remote workforce.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in senior HR leadership roles within complex, multinational organisations, together with a strong track record in HR transformation and change management. Experience in implementing or optimising HRIS platforms is essential, as is the ability to navigate cultural integration and influence at executive level. Mandarin language capability is key given the organisation's significant presence in Greater China and the need to work closely with Chinese colleagues and counterparts during integration and ongoing operations. The role demands a strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a hands-on approach to execution, who can act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team.

This represents a rare opportunity for a seasoned HR leader to join a PE-backed organisation at a time of strategic evolution, with the mandate to build a high-performing HR function and make a lasting impact on its people and culture.
