Lead the development and execution of forward-thinking HR strategies to support business goals and workforce agility.
Drive HR transformation and digitalisation, including adoption of HR technologies and system enhancements.
Oversee end-to-end talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance development, employee relations, and succession planning.
Champion change management practices and foster employee engagement through strong communication and culture-building efforts.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, as well as corporate HR policies and standards.
Provide strategic HR advisory and partnership to executive leadership and business units, particularly within supply chain operations.
Promote robust corporate governance and uphold high ethical standards across the organisation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Additional qualifications such as a Graduate Diploma in HR, Organisation Development, Supply Chain Management or professional HR certification are preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles in sectors such as public healthcare, supply chain, or logistics.
Strong background in HR strategy formulation and execution, particularly in supply chain or logistics environments.
Proven success in driving HR transformation and workforce optimisation through the use of technology.
Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills, with a strong focus on compliance and governance.
