Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic executive leadership andspearhead transformation initiatives across human resource management anddevelopment.
  • Design and execute forward-looking HRstrategies that strengthen workforce agility, foster high engagement, andsupport the institution's mission and objectives.
  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HRfunctions, including workforce and manpower planning, talent acquisitionand development, employee and industrial relations, talent and successionmanagement, leadership development, organisational design, retentionstrategies, rewards and performance management, and change management.
  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for HRmanagement of institution-employed staff, including nursing, pharmacy,allied health, medical, administrative, and ancillary personnel assignedto or hosted within the institution.
  • Partner closely with institutional leaders,department heads, and key stakeholders to deliver comprehensive HR supportthat enables seamless, high-quality patient care through an integratedcare model.



Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 15 years of progressive humanresource experience, including a minimum of 10 years in senior leadershiproles within public healthcare.
  • Demonstrated success in driving HRtransformation initiatives, leveraging technology, and optimisingworkforce performance.
  • Strong leadership presence and integrity, withthe vision and capability to navigate current and emerging organisationalchallenges.
  • Excellent strategic and analyticalcapabilities, with proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence a widerange of stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonalcommunication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate acrosscross-functional teams.
  • Experience working effectively within complex,highly matrixed organisations, demonstrating strong teamwork andcollaboration skills.
