Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Oversee all financial functions including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit.
Manage financial risk by implementing robust internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and GAAP standards.
Manage capital structure and optimize capital allocation to support business growth and profitability.
Evaluate investment opportunities and partnerships to enhance shareholder value.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial investments.
Conduct financial analysis, performance metrics, and KPIs to drive informed decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Assess and mitigate financial risks, including credit, market, and operational risks.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Speak and write in Chinese will be mandatory as you will be liaising with Chinese stakeholders.
MBA/CPA qualifications are an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position (e.g., CFO, Finance Director).
Prior entertainment provider(gaming industry) experience is an added advantage.
