As a critical member of the leadership team, you will drive financial excellence and provide strategic guidance to support the commercial expansion of the business.

• Lead financial planning and analysis by developing complex models to support capital investment and market growth.

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting operations including inventory costing, general ledger, and statutory reporting.

• Implement robust cost accounting systems to monitor manufacturing variances and optimize production profitability.

• Manage group liquidity through sophisticated cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization strategies.

• Partner with cross-functional operational teams to define and track key performance indicators for manufacturing efficiency.

skills and experience

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or it's equivalent, with professional accounting qualification such as CFA, CA, CPA.
• Solid understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to provide commercial insights and lead process improvements across the finance function.
