Role Description

This part-time, remote role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) requires overseeing the financial strategy and management for IsWhere. Day-to-day responsibilities include financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and innovation. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to ensure financial goals align with the company's mission and global expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and overall Finance practices
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Experience with Financial Reporting and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in the travel or technology sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; an MBA or CPA certification is preferable
