Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Providing financial leadership to influence company strategy and long-term business goals.
• Financial Reporting & Control: Overseeing cash flow, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensuring legal compliance, mitigating financial risks, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready financial statements.
• Leadership & Operations: Leading the finance and accounting teams and working with other C-suite executives (CEO, COO).
• Investor Relations: Communicating financial health and value to investors and the Board of Directors.
• Liaison with HQ: Communication with HQ in Japan
