Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance and accounting teams across all functions.
• Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities.
• Oversee cash flow, investments, and capital structure.
• Lead M&A evaluations, due diligence, and financial modeling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Proven track record of financial and strategic leadership.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, risk management, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in AI and Cloud industry, including applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, and data would be a plus
