Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client, a mission-driven, globally oriented organization operating at the intersection of finance, technology, and ecosystem development.

This is a senior leadership role for a finance professional who goes beyond traditional financial management someone who can partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive long-term sustainability, strong governance, and operational excellence across programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, balancing financial discipline with agility, and supporting initiatives that span regions, partners, and industries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 15 + years of progressive experience in senior finance roles.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or digital platforms is preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience partnering with Boards and senior leadership teams.
