Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Description:

. Lead all financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions to support strategic business decisions and IPO readiness.

. Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance across subsidiaries.

. Manage relationships with external auditors, investment banks, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities during the IPO process.

. Develop and implement corporate governance, risk management, and internal control systems in line with public company standards.

. Work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to formulate long-term financial and capital strategies.

. Oversee investor relations and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and potential investors.

. Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

. MBA or equivalent master's degree required.

. Proven track record in leading or supporting at least one successful IPO (preferably in Singapore, Hong Kong, or NASDAQ markets).

. Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 3+ years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior finance role.

. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, and regulatory compliance for public listing.

. Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are highly preferred.

. Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.

. Experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry will be an advantage.
