The Chief Experience Officer | Product & Innovation will be responsible for driving product strategy and innovation across Southeast Asia, ensuring that our offerings resonate with customer needs and enhance overall user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative product strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features based on user feedback and market trends.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product design and improve user engagement.
- Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Establish a customer-centric culture within the organization, advocating for the voice of the customer in all decision-making processes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform product innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 6-15 years of experience in product management, user experience, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and customer journey mapping.
