Strategic Leadership & Governance
Define and execute the company's long-term vision to become a regional leader in the circular economy.
Navigate Singapore's regulatory landscape, maintaining strong relationships with the National Environment Agency (NEA) and the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
Oversee the implementation of sustainable business models that align with the Singapore Green Plan 2030.
Operational Excellence & Safety
Direct the daily operations of high-volume recycling lines, ensuring optimal yield and efficiency in battery and e-waste processing.
Uphold a world-class safety culture, ensuring strict adherence to ISO 45001 and specialized dangerous goods handling protocols.
Manage complex logistics and supply chain networks for the collection and export of processed materials.
Financial & Stakeholder Management
Drive P&L performance, overseeing budgeting, capital expenditure for new machinery, and revenue growth.
Serve as the primary liaison with investors, government bodies, and industrial partners.
Lead strategic procurement initiatives and high-level contract negotiations with global electronics manufacturers.
Innovation & Digital Transformation
Champion the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies to automate sorting and improve recovery rates of rare earth metals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen) within the production and engineering teams.
