Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define, communicate, and execute the organization's vision, mission, long-term strategy, and regional growth roadmap
  • Provide overall leadership and direction across headquarters and regional entities
  • Oversee end-to-end business performance across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with group objectives
  • Ensure regional strategies are adapted to local market conditions while maintaining group consistency
  • Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting at group and regional levels
  • Review and approve regional P&L, capital expenditure, and major investments
  • Ensure strong corporate governance, internal controls, and risk management across all regions
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, data protection, and industry requirements in each country
  • Oversee cross-border legal, audit, and compliance matters, including internal and external audits
  • Lead and evaluate regional leadership teams, including Country Heads and Regional Directors
  • Set clear performance targets and KPIs for regional and functional leaders
  • Drive organizational transformation, digitalization, and system integration across regions
  • Promote consistent company culture, ethics, and values while respecting local cultural differences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, key clients, regulators, and government agencies
  • Represent the organization at regional forums, industry associations, and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure effective risk identification and mitigation, including geopolitical, operational, cyber, and reputational risks
  • Lead crisis management across regions (e.g. compliance breaches, operational disruptions, reputational issues)
  • Ensure consistent reporting, data accuracy, and transparency from regional operations to the Board
  • Communicate regularly with the Board of Directors, providing updates on regional performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Uphold high standards of ethical leadership, integrity, and accountability across all entities
  • Ensure sustainability, ESG, and corporate responsibility initiatives are embedded into regional operations
  • Drive continuous improvement and best-practice sharing across countries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Finance, or related field
  • Extensive senior leadership experience
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and execution
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with or reporting to a Board of Directors
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics
  • Ability to manage complex organizations and change
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
