Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business operations to ensure sustainable performance and longterm viability.
- Develop and execute corporate strategy in line with shareholder vision and market dynamics.
- Oversee financial performance, capital allocation, and risk management.
- Build, develop, and retain a highperforming senior leadership team; establish effective succession planning.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across functions and regions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and agility, enabling adoption of modern tools and ways of working.
- Strengthen strategic partnerships and identify viable growth opportunities aligned with core strengths.
- Guide the organization through transformation initiatives while safeguarding core business stability during transition periods.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of MNC leadership experience with demonstrated ability in managing multicultural teams, familiar with major western markets.
- Prior experience in traditional business transformation and secondgrowthcurve exploration and execution.
- Strong execution focus and results orientation: able to rapidly implement shareholder strategy inputs and deliver outcomes.
- Crosscultural leadership: capable of managing senior, experienced teams while cultivating young successors.
- Business acumen: clear understanding of balancing stable cash flow + transformation window, able to prioritize shortterm continuity and longterm value creation.
- Learning agility: receptive to and quick in assimilating insights from emerging trends and technologies; able to recognize their commercial relevance and align with existing business, without needing deep technical expertise.
