CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Job Overview

We are seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with exceptional leadership skills and strong industry insight. The CEO will be fully responsible for the company's strategic planning, business development, operational management, and team building in Singapore, leading the organization toward sustainable growth and enhanced brand influence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan and annual business objectives

Oversee daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction

Expand market channels to drive brand development and membership growth

Manage financial budgets to ensure profitability and sustainable growth

Recruit, train, and motivate team members to build a high-performing team

Stay abreast of fitness and wellness industry trends, driving innovation and differentiated services

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above majors in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related fields preferred

At least 5 years of management experience in the fitness/health/wellness industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role

Strong knowledge of the Singapore market, with proven business development and brand management capabilities

Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Passionate about the fitness and wellness industry, with a strong results-driven mindset and sense of responsibility

Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
