Job Description

Epsilon is a global telecommunications business providing network, colocation and voice services. The priority of the business is to develop its data business.

Epsilon has gone through an acquisition process which South Korean telecommunications company KT Corp. has acquired Epsilon in September 2021. With the Epsilon's connectivity solutions spanning cloud connectivity, ethernet (DCI), SD-WAN, colocation services and KT's world-class telecommunications services, customers, and resources Epsilon is looking forward to expanding our presence in the global data connectivity market.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Chief Executive Officer who can lead the team with an effective business strategy that optimizes the company's growth. The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for the staff, oversee a global team, and help make robust, data-driven corporate decisions that elevate the company's financial and operational performance. As the senior leader, the Chief Executive Officer will foster a positive, inspiring, and collaborative work environment that empowers employees to actively work toward companywide goals.

The CEO's role is to align Epsilon's financial strategy to support Epsilon's ambitious goals, including improvement areas around systems and processes. The CEO will work closely with KT on reporting and planning to ensure information and insight is shared efficiently to support the business.

The CEO will manage employees globally based in Singapore, Sofia, London and other presences.

Accountabilities

  • Provide leadership in the continuous evaluation of short/long term business strategies of Epsilon and execute the business direction, including goals, objectives, strategy.
  • Creates an environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the company's mission, vision and values.
  • Operational management of all business departments.
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and procedures by working with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop business prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities, expansion prospects, identify opportunities for improvement, analyze organization operations, cost reduction and accumulating capital to fund expansion.
  • Oversee the finance and accounting functions, including preparing Board materials, monthly performance reporting quarterly forecasts.
  • Monitor company performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimize the impact of variance.
  • Increases revenues and income before inter-company allocations and implements operating cost controls in the areas of staffing, supplies, purchased services

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in the global business planning, strategy, development, preferably in global telecom-related business industry
  • Preferably experience in managing/leading Top Korean MNC with good understanding of the culture.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration or network engineering.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Preferably good spoken and written communication skills in Korean
  • Good understanding of global services based on wide-area network.
  • Strategic leadership ability
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
