- Build and maintain relationships with VCs, family offices, and strategic investors across Asia
- Own financial storytelling: narrative, metrics, and projections that resonate with investors
M&A & Market Expansion
- Identify, negotiate, and close acquisition targets and strategic partnerships in new Asian markets
Sub-Brand Oversight
- Arbitrate resource allocation and prioritization across the portfolio, ensuring each sub-brand has clear positioning and leadership
Commercial & Revenue Growth
- Own top-line revenue targets across the group
- Drive key commercial deals - venue partnerships, talent agencies, sponsors, ticketing platforms
- Build a scalable commercial playbook that can be replicated across markets
Team Building & Culture
- Recruit and retain a senior leadership team across functions and geographies
- Build a high-performance, cross-cultural startup culture
Operations & Execution
- Work with COO/CFO to ensure operational discipline without killing startup agility
- Set OKRs and hold leadership accountable for delivery
External Presence & Brand
- Be the public face of the company to media, industry, and government stakeholders
- Build strategic relationships with key government bodies where relevant (licensing, permits, cultural affairs)
