Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director

Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director at Yellow.ai will provide overall strategic leadership, setting the vision and long-term direction for the organization while ensuring alignment with global business objectives. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Singapore River, with a mix of on-site presence for key meetings and stakeholder engagement, and flexibility for some work-from-home activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, driving operational excellence, leading regional and global business planning, and managing high-impact sales and growth initiatives. The CEO / Managing Director will build and mentor leadership teams, foster a high-performance and inclusive culture, and represent Yellow.ai with customers, partners, investors, and other external stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring that strategic plans are effectively executed to support sustainable expansion and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong Finance and Business Planning skills to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term value creation.
• Proven expertise in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to drive efficiency, scalability, and organizational alignment.
• Demonstrated success in Sales and revenue leadership, including building high-performing commercial teams and growth strategies.
• Extensive executive leadership experience in technology, SaaS, or AI-driven businesses, ideally with regional or global responsibilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence boards, investors, and enterprise customers.
• Track record of leading change, fostering an inclusive culture, and developing diverse leadership talent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with data-driven decision-making and risk management skills.
• Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent) is beneficial; prior experience in the Singapore or Asia-Pacific market is an advantage.
