Role Description

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director is responsible for leading the overall strategic direction, business growth, operational performance, and organizational management of the company. This role oversees corporate strategy, financial performance, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence while ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and alignment with the organization's long-term vision and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading overall business strategy, corporate planning, and organizational direction
  • Driving business growth, operational performance, and revenue generation initiatives
  • Overseeing financial management, budgeting, and profitability targets
  • Managing senior leadership teams and organizational performance
  • Developing strategic partnerships, business expansion, and market growth opportunities
  • Ensuring effective corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Monitoring operational efficiency, business performance, and key organizational KPIs
  • Representing the organization in executive meetings, investor relations, and external engagements
  • Leading transformation, innovation, and organizational development initiatives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and business partners
  • Promoting company culture, leadership development, and long-term organizational sustainability
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • MBA or advanced business qualification is highly advantageous
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in executive management, business operations, or corporate strategy roles
  • Strong understanding of business management, financial performance, and operational leadership
  • Proven experience in driving organizational growth and strategic transformation initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong financial, analytical, and commercial acumen
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale business operations
  • Experience in multinational, corporate, technology, manufacturing, logistics, finance, or service industries is an advantage
