Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all operational functions within the division to ensure achievement of financial and strategic business objectives.
- Manage profit and loss accountability for the division, driving financial performance and sustainable growth.
- Direct and coordinate a full complement of senior functional managers, including product development, marketing, manufacturing, planning, and finance/administration.
- Establish division objectives, plans, and budgets in alignment with corporate strategic direction and company-wide policies.
- Collaborate with corporate senior management to implement strategic guidance and leverage sales support across the company's product and service portfolio.
- Ensure effective management of resources and cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and business outcomes.
- Monitor and report division financial contributions and progress toward current and long-range goals.
- Oversee divisions organized around product lines, potentially spanning multiple countries, ensuring cohesive leadership and operational consistency.
