Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CIO is a critical member of the group executive and is accountable for the effective operationalising, and delivery of organisational strategy. The portfolio includes technology, transformation, the PMO, and technology innovation. This role requires balancing institutional-scale governance and risk management with the speed, agility, and customer focus of a fintech environment, and suit a highly commercial, strategic, and innovative thinker.
Skills & Experience
- Executive C-suite leadership
- Proven capability leading enterprise-scale delivery and transformation (beyond technology)
- Experience operating within high-growth, technology-led organisations
- Demonstrated ability to align delivery execution with strategic business outcomes
- Track record of building credibility with boards, executives, and senior stakeholders
