CHIEF COOK

My company is looking for CHIEF COOK for chinese restaurant. His main duties is manage whole kitchen term and cook food. His or her duties included food material quality control, price negotiation . Help company to creat menu and design new menu, seasonal menu, set menu, promotion menu etc. He or She also need to training staff.
