Job Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant Cook to prepare and cook Chinese dishes, maintain food quality standards, ensure kitchen hygiene, and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to company standards
- Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation are maintained
- Handle food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently
- Monitor food ingredients and inventory levels
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Follow food safety procedures and company guidelines
- Support daily kitchen activities and coordinate with team members
- Work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
