Job Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant Cook to prepare and cook Chinese dishes, maintain food quality standards, ensure kitchen hygiene, and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to company standards
  • Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation are maintained
  • Handle food preparation and kitchen operations efficiently
  • Monitor food ingredients and inventory levels
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Follow food safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Support daily kitchen activities and coordinate with team members
  • Work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Chinese food preparation and kitchen operations preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
