Manage procurement and maintenance of kitchen equipment to support uninterrupted operations
Identify and resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly to maintain service excellence
Execute administrative tasks including maintaining accurate time and payroll records
Ensure compliance with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations to uphold health standards
