Chief Commercial Officer

LYFnGO is a Singapore-based Agentic AI company transforming how healthcare and wellness providers operate — automating the full patient lifecycle through multimodal AI agents, connected health devices, and seamless EHR integrations.

We have a live product and paying customers across Singapore, Malaysia, India and the USA. NVIDIA (Inception Program), AWS (Activate), and Meta (Business Partner) backing. IMDA Singapore certifications. And a clear path to scale across Southeast Asia, India, and beyond.

The Mission

Your primary mandate is clear: lead and close a minimum funding round.

This is not a passive advisory role. You will own the fundraising process end-to-end, building investor pipelines, leading pitches, structuring deals, and closing capital. Alongside that, you will co-lead growth strategy, enterprise partnerships, and key business decisions as a true founding partner.

What This Role Looks Like

• Own and execute the full fundraising roadmap, angel rounds, family offices, VCs, and strategic investors across SEA, India, the Middle East, and beyond
• Lead investor outreach, pitch preparation, due diligence, and term sheet negotiations
• Co-develop a go-to-market strategy and unlock enterprise partnerships with hospital groups and health systems
• Represent LYFnGO in the investor and healthcare ecosystem with credibility and conviction
• Participate in board-level strategy, hiring decisions, and long-term company direction

Compensation & Equity

Pre-Funding (6–12 months):

• Structured as a founder/co-founder agreement, not a standard employment contract, given the equity-only nature of this period.
• No fixed monthly salary during this period — you must have the personal financial capacity to sustain yourself while the funding milestone is reached.
• Base equity commitment: A min % at the start, vesting on the standard schedule below.
• Upside equity: scales linearly with capital raised (agreed ceiling does not flex upward, even if the round is oversubscribed). Full formula and worked examples are set out in the companion Founder Term Sheet.
• You will be named on the cap table and pitch deck from the outset, we believe this strengthens investor confidence in the team during the raise itself.
• Vesting: 1-year cliff, 4-year total vesting, standard founder vesting terms.

You're the Right Person If You Have...

A track record of raising funds, leading investor relations, or operating within VC/angel ecosystems

Prior experience as a founder, C-suite executive, or investment professional in HealthTech, SaaS, or AI

An existing network of investors, family offices, or VCs, ideally across SEA, India, the Middle East, or the US. The ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-ambiguity environment and a long-term mindset, you're here to build.

This is expected to be your primary professional commitment, though you may retain existing advisory roles alongside it, provided they are not with a direct competitor of LYFnGO (defined broadly, any healthtech company, not limited to clinic-management or healthcare-AI platforms specifically). This is not intended to be combined with another full-time role.
