Chief Asset Compliance Officer

About our client
A Singapore-based alternative asset management platform currently in the process of applying for a MAS A/I LFMC licence. Backed by a publicly listed new energy technology company, the platform focuses on real asset strategies spanning renewable energy, energy storage, and digital infrastructure, with a mandate to serve global institutional investors, ESG-focused funds, and Singapore family offices.

The Role

• Lead the end-to-end MAS A/I LFMC licence application and establish the institutional compliance governance framework from scratch
• Build and maintain the regulatory infrastructure to support long-term license sustainability
• Oversee cross-border fund structuring and the consolidation of renewable energy, energy storage, and digital infrastructure assets under an institutional-grade architecture
• Source and engage global institutional capital, ESG funds, and Singapore family offices drive dual-GP strategic partnerships
• Lead compliant asset structuring and product innovation in collaboration with Singapore's financial and capital ecosystem

Requirements

• Senior Director-level background from a MAS-licensed asset manager, infrastructure private equity firm, large family office, or offshore asset management platform
• Full-cycle hands-on experience in MAS A/I LFMC licence application, compliance framework build-out, and ongoing licence governance
• Deep knowledge of real alternative assets: renewable energy, energy storage, and digital infrastructure experienced in cross-border portfolio structuring, offshore fund setup, and GP/LP partnership architecture
• CFA, CAIA, or FRM preferred
