Job Descriptions

. Conduct Chemistry lessons for Secondary and Integrated Programme (IP) students, following MOE syllabus and school exam standards.

. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that simplify complex Chemistry concepts and enhance students understanding.

. Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and exam-style questions to support effective learning and revision.

. Assess students performance through assignments, quizzes, and mock tests, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

. Offer guidance in exam techniques, time management, and problem-solving strategies to boost academic performance.

. Monitor students progress closely and tailor teaching approaches to suit individual learning needs and pace.

. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates on students learning progress and development.

Job Requirements

. Degree holder or final-year student in Chemistry or a related field

. Strong academic record (A1 in O-Level Pure Chemistry / IP equivalent)

. Excellent communication skills (both written & spoken)

. Genuine passion for teaching and helping students excel

. Familiar in content creation (slides, blogs, or videos)
